A recipe from my Grandmother. A bowl full of the good stuff and the bad stuff. High in vitamins, flavor, vegetables, fiber and fat.
Servings: 16 – 2/3 C Calories: 250 Equipment: Large mixing bowl, small mixing bowl, knife for chopping, measuring spoons and cups. Frying pan for bacon.

- 8 C Broccoli, small chop
- 6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled.
- 1/2 C sweet Onion, chopped
- 1 C Raisins
- 1/2 C Sunflower Seeds
- 1.5 C Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Brown Sugar
- 3 T white Vinegar
In the small mixing bowl, mix the mayo, brown sugar and vinegar. Set aside. In the large mixing bowl, add the broccoli, bacon, onion, raisins and sunflower seeds. Toss. Add the dressing from the small bowl. Mix. Chill 1-5 hours prior to service and serve cold.
