Going through Grandma’s recipe cards and converting them to modern recipes, I am finding that everything is a salad to this lovely woman. The last recipe was an alcoholic fruit punch, but she called it a salad. I think she punked me from the grave. This is jello with fiber.
Servings: 10 Calories: 95 Equipment:
- one small box (3oz) of Cranberry or Raspberry jello
- 1 C Cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
- 1 C cranberry sauce, chilled
- 1 C Wild Rice, cooked and chilled
- 1 C boiling water

- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the jello in the 1 C boiling water, stirring.
- Add the cranberry juice, stir.
- Add the cranberry sauce and wild rice to the mix, stir.
- Pour the mixture into the jello mold/serving dish, chill at least 6 hours.
- Serve chilled.
