Servings: 20 (2/3 C each) Calories Per: 120 Equipment: Large mixing bowl, knife and cutting board, mixing spoon and a measuring cup.
- 5 C raw Broccoli – chopped
- 5 C raw Cauliflower – chopped
- 1 Shallot (approx 1.2 C) chopped
- 1 can (8oz) Water Chestnuts, drained
- 1/2 Envelope of Hidden Valley Ranch dry salad dressing mix
- 1 C Sour Cream
- 1 C Mayonnaise
- Put your Sous Chef apron on – prep and chop ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled.
