Just the Recipe – Cranberry Salad – Family Recipe

This recipe was a favorite of my Grandmother's. And why not! A midwestern staple, it's a cinch to make. It's sweet, bright and the pineapple adds a nice acidic balance. Marshmallows make it kid friendly. The only leftover will be the empty bowl. My cranberry relish was inspired by this dish.

Just the Recipe – Gorgeous Cranberry Relish

This six ingredient cranberry relish is a dish I make once a year. I make a large batch of this bright holiday red sweet-tart relish for Thanksgiving to go with the ham. Then I freeze the remainder to serve as a fruit dish all it's own for Christmas, a month later. I must always set some aside before service, to make sure I have any for Christmas at all, it's a family favorite.

Just the Recipe – Sausage Dressing for Few

Family recipe from my Grandmother. Mid 20th Century recipe. Savory dressing to be served alongside the main protein entrée. This sausage dressing recipe has very little onion for those who are sensitive. This dish is small, perfect for an intimate event.
